Generally, I pick my ingredients erring on the less-processed side. If this PB2 is made out of roasted peanuts, but has the majority of fat removed, then it is a processed food and should be used cautiously. I agree that store-bought peanut butter can be terrible with added salt, oil, and sugar. Ideally, I make my own peanut butter in a food processor with only raw peanuts. When I'm in a hurry, I scour the grocery shelves and find a brand with only one ingredient: raw peanuts.<br />Hope that helps!Amy's Nutritarian Kitchenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08200134098931452894noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8497179589669118598.post-27954719112572945042015-09-22T01:32:27.199-07:002015-09-22T01:32:27.199-07:00hi Amy,

I don't like all the fat in Peanut butter,...but am a big fan of PB2. someone told me that it is made from roasted nuts and therefore is off limits. It is more free of fat and oil than regular peanut butter is,so I don't see a problem in using it, do you? Cynthia Lott Vogelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03843602511992810355noreply@blogger.com
