Being in Germany for two weeks is goi...I hear you. Being in Germany for two weeks is going to be tough. Andy and I are bringing running clothes so we can run every day, and we plan on splitting meals so we don't eat too much. I find bringing my own snack supplies and other staples helps me when I'm traveling somewhere I can cook. Maybe have Kevin suggest that you could cook a few meals while you're there, too. Of course, I love doing ...Planning my own Parties! Of course, I love doing this anyway, but I can also pick which foods to serve as snacks or main meals. This way I know that I can indulge in healthy foods. <br /><br />For traditional holiday meals, I've started helping my Mom with the cooking, so I can make things a little healthier. Like gravy made mostly from fat free chicken broth with just a couple of tablespoons of juices from the bird for flavor. Or using buttermilk in potatoes with garlic instead of regular milk with lots of butter.
