He will probably be talking about and promoting his new book "The End of Dieting". It's definitely one I have on my reading list ;)Amy's Nutritarian Kitchenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08200134098931452894noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8497179589669118598.post-20889547093983213472014-03-22T19:55:50.698-07:002014-03-22T19:55:50.698-07:00Looks delicious! Tahini is made of sesame seeds and is usually used in traditional hummus. Sunflower seeds would be a great healthy option. Walnuts would also give the same texture.

Nut/seed allergies are the worst! I have a mild sunflower seed allergy, but at least most recipes are adaptable! Let me know how a different alternative goes for you!Amy's Nutritarian Kitchenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08200134098931452894noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8497179589669118598.post-6977995963982675702013-03-14T12:39:18.741-07:002013-03-14T12:39:18.741-07:00what would you use instead of cashews?
