That is definitely something I need to make more of a priority in the mornings. I agree that too many excuses come up as you go though the day. I feel energized, and ready for the day at hand. I like to jog approx 3.5 miles sometimes more sometimes less. If I wait and then I start thinking about it too much then somehow I just put it off until the next day, and that makes me feel unproductive. If I just get it over with in the morning I feel accomplished . I have been following Dr Fuhrman's Eat to Live program since Oct of last yr. the running has made a big difference in my weight loss but equally as impt I FEEL so much better, and the compliments aren't so bad either! : ). - Bobbi.
